Garantie du tambour du Powwow :

Our powwow drums are guaranteed for one year against defects in the hide. If there is a visible skinning mark which leads to the cracking of the hide, or the drum head cracks through under normal use, we will replace both sides of the drum free of charge. The customer must cover the cost of shipping the drum to us, and we will pay to ship the rebuilt drum back to the customer. Please note that surface membrane cracking is normal for a powwow drum and is not covered under this guarantee. A drum with surface membrane cracking will continue to perform well for years. If the customer accidentally burns or scorches the hide by a fire, forgets the drum in a car on a hot day, pours excess water on the drum, soaks the hide, paints the hide, or otherwise abuses the drum, the guarantee does not apply. » Please contact us for information or concerns. info@testngx.tribalspirit.com

Garantie des baguettes de batterie :

Nos baguettes de batterie sont garanties pour une période de 3 mois. Les batteurs qui pratiquent tous les jours utilisent tout de même leurs baguettes de batture. Les utilisateurs occasionnels constateront que nos bâtons durent longtemps.

Garantie des sacs à main et des sacs à batterie :

Nos sacs en cuir sont garantis pour une période d’un an.

Politique d’expédition :

D’après notre expérience, nous avons constaté que nos facteurs répondent bien à nos besoins. Nos transporteurs traitent nos produits avec respect et offrent des prix raisonnables. Lors du processus de paiement, on vous dira le coût de l’expédition ainsi qu’une estimation de l’heure d’arrivée de votre livraison.
